Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks an RN to provide direct patient care in an acute care setting. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, while promoting family-centered care and educating on illness management.

You will participate in safety and quality initiatives, develop individualized care plans, and communicate across care teams with an emphasis on safety protocols. A nursing license and diploma/ADN are required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
