Join Kennestone Hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Acute Care MedSurg unit. We offer various employment options including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts across all units and specialties.

Available shifts include Day, Evening, Night, and Weekends, with sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and acuity differential pay for eligible positions.

Our units include Pediatric, Cardiovascular Surgery, Clinical Decision, Total Joint, Oncology, MedSurg Float, Bariatric/Surgery, Acute Pulmonary, and Renal/Vascular Surgical units.

Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care. The role involves practicing in a supportive environment guided by the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, Professional Practice Model, and evidence-based standards.

All RNs must be licensed and adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and organizational policies, advocating for patient voices and system standards.

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to individual and cultural needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
