Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Savannah, GA is seeking a qualified RN Clinical Nurse to deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care within an interdisciplinary team. You will ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and advocate for patient voices while promoting service excellence.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, coordinate with the healthcare team, and participate in performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to operate technology effectively and respond decisively in emergency situations.
