Job summary

Broadway Care & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate senior care team. You will provide nursing care, document resident conditions, administer medications, start IVs, and lead care plans to ensure regulatory standards are met.

We offer shift options (Days 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; Nights 10:00 PM–6:00 AM), with benefits including a sign-on bonus and paid time off. Join our network of supportive professionals dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• CPR certification.
• Valid RN license.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Must have active email and phone contact for employer communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care plans and carries out physicians' orders.
• Assesses and documents resident condition and nursing needs.
• Administers medications and starts IVs as needed.
• Maintains supply inventory and ensures equipment is safe and clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time qualifying candidates

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspect of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience is preferred
• Valid RN license
• Valid CPR certification
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
