Seminole Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. We offer day and night 12-hour rotating shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates, and competitive pay based on experience within a supportive, large-enterprise network.

Full-time employees receive PTO, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement, generous take-home pay options, a 401(k) with match after 1 year, and comprehensive health plans.

Qualificações

• RN degree from accredited school.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Oklahoma RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in all aspects of nursing.
• Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders promptly.
• Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and capabilities.
• Administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents.
• Document treatments as required.
• Ensure supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Day Shift- Rotating 12-hr Shifts

Pay, Benefits and Perks of Registered Nurse (RN):

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates!

Essential Functionsof Registered Nurse (RN)

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing

• One year of nursing experience is preferred

• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required

• Valid CPR certification

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization

• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
