Seminole Care & Rehab in Seminole, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality resident care. You will coordinate comprehensive nursing care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a caring team to exceed standards.

Full-time roles include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and benefits such as medical, dental, vision. Shift options are day and night 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid RN license for Oklahoma is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care plans and coordinate resident care.
• Assess and document residents’ conditions and nursing needs.
• Administer medications and implement physician orders promptly.
• Lead nursing care assignments to team members.

Essential Functionsof Registered Nurse (RN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience is preferred
• Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
