Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH is hiring registered nurses to oversee daily care for residents and lead nursing staff. You will administer medications, monitor patient status, and coordinate with physicians and families.

This role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, with long-term care experience preferred but not required. The facility offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to patient-centered care in a supportive team setting.

Formación

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the daily activities of the LNAs in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and facility policies.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are complied with by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admission, discharge and transfers of residents as required.
• Observe for changes in residents’ status, notify physician and family, and document accordingly.
• Transcribe physician orders to medical record and carry out orders as written.
• Prepare and administer medications as per physicians’ orders and observe for adverse effects.
• Perform wound treatments per physicians’ orders and document accordingly.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for residents and transportation needs as indicated.
• Provide nursing leadership to nursing personnel assigned to the unit.
• Provide direct care skills (colostomy changes, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, IV administration) as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and inform departments of concerns or complaints.
• Initiate, review and update care plans; participate in survey processes and end-of-life care as required.
• Ensure medications, supplies, and equipment are stocked.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

Up to $50,000 for Eligible Nurses

Pleasant View Center is a qualifying facility under the federal Nurses for Nursing Homes program. Eligible RNs who commit to three years with us may receive up to $40,000 in student loan repayment plus a $10,000 stipend. This is on top of our pay and benefits. Funded by CMS; subject to program eligibility and acceptance.
