Job summary

Layhill Center For Nursing & Rehabilitation in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a dependable RN to join a compassionate care team. You will administer medications, assist in admissions and transfers, and monitor residents’ health.

We offer a competitive wage of $40 per hour plus a $5,000 retention bonus, plus benefits including medical, vision and dental insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and in‑facility training.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Records observations in patient charts.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
