Job summary

Layhill Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Maryland is seeking a dependable LPN to join our team. The role involves administering medications, assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and monitoring residents' conditions.

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
