Job summary

Lakeside Generations is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Cassia senior community in Dassel, MN. Provide compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes.

Part-Time or Full-Time positions available, every other weekend and holiday, with evening and night shifts offered. A $5,000–$10,000 bonus highlights the opportunity to grow with our nonprofit team.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RNLicense and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type

Part-Time or Full-Time, working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts

• Every other Weekend Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time)
• Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)

Wage Range

$36.75 - $42.65 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential

• Evenings $3 / hour
• Nights (NOC) $4 / hour

Bonus

• $5,000 Part-Time
• $10,000 Full-Time

Registered Nurse Responsibilities
