Job summary

Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Registered Nurses to join our team to support the Director of Nursing. This nonprofit community values compassion and growth, with bonuses up to $10,000 and a welcoming environment for career development.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RNLicense and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:
Every other Weekend Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Part-Time)
Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-Time)

Wage Range: $36.75 - $42.65 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:
Evenings $3 / hour
Nights (NOC) $4 / hour

Bonus:
$5,000 Part-Time
$10,000 Full-Time

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
