Legacy Healthcare's Westview Of Indianola Care Center in Indianola, IA is seeking an RN for an overnight 6p-6a shift. The staff nurse will supervise clinical staff on the unit, provide guidance and education, and ensure infection prevention practices while maintaining adequate staffing and a high level of resident care.

Qualifications

• Must have an unencumbered RN license in Iowa or a compact state.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Of Indianola Care Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
