Job summary

Park View Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. The RN will supervise clinical staff on the assigned unit, ensure high standards of resident care, and uphold infection prevention practices in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Applicants should hold an unencumbered Iowa RN license (compact state accepted) and have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa RN license (compact state accepted).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Park View Rehabilitation Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
