Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation in Alabama is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care facility.

This role requires a valid RN license, current BLS/CPR, and strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehab.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.

• Educate residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) t to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
