Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Texas, delivering high-quality patient care under physician guidance. The role emphasizes adherence to clinical policies and state/federal regulations while coordinating care with multidisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation in the EMR, medication administration as prescribed, and ongoing care plan execution. A valid RN license and nursing school graduation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to adhere to clinical policies and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluate and implements a patient’s care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
