Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $10,000 bonus!

We moved into our premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU, and long-term care senior health & living campus in December 2020. We are located a mere 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall, just off Hwy 12 in Maple Plain.

There are Full-Time positions available. You will work a varied schedule including every other weekend.

Full-Time Hours: Days (6:00 am to 2:30 pm) and Evenings (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)

Pay: $34.75 - $43.21 / hour, depending on experience

Nurseresponsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
• Performs additional duties as required

Nurse skills and requirements:

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing
• Prior LTC experience preferred
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
