Lake Ridge Assisted Living & Park View Assisted Living arehiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our team!

Position Type: Full-Time with limited on-call. Willfloat between both sites, Lake Ridge Assisted Living and Park View Assisted Living.

Hours:32 hours a week, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Wage Range: $33 to $38 / hour depending on experience

Park View Assisted Living Address:613 Montrose Blvd, Buffalo, MN 55313

Lake Ridge Assisted Living Address:310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313

Registered Nurse responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift
• Does admissions, assessments, and discharges
  
  

Registered Nurse skills and requirements:

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
