Registered Nurse RN 10000 Bonus Lake Ridge

Lake Ridge Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. We offer generous benefits and up to a $10,000 Bonus!

Available positions include Full-Time and Part-Time with benefit eligibility, working varied schedules, including every other weekend.

Full-Time, Evening Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Part-Time, Evening Hours: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Pay Range: $34.23 - $40.75/hour depending on experience

Bonuses: Full-Time eligible for $10,000, Part-Time for $7,500

RN Responsibilities:

• Display courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care
• Administer medications/treatments per physician’s orders, monitor effectiveness
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment following policies
• Document care using computerized systems
• Notify clinical team and families of significant changes, follow up as needed
• Supervise nursing personnel during shift

RN Skills and Requirements:

• Current MN Nursing license and good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated team player
