Job summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation team. Positions available for day and night shifts, offering comprehensive benefits and a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid quarterly after 90 days of employment for one year.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, ongoing assessments, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in SNF, LTC, rehab, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged.

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation nursing? Join our dedicated nursing team and provide exceptional care to residents in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). In this role, you will provide direct resident care, oversee clinical services, support nursing staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update resident care plans

• Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in health status
• Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations, including infection prevention and safety standards

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Current and active RN license in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare professionals
