Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Phoenix seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home care, serving pediatric and geriatric clients. Shifts include day, second, and overnight with starting pay of $35–$40 per hour, client-specific.

You travel to one client's home, document orders, and provide autonomous, high-quality in-home care. We offer growth through training, scholarship opportunities, and a supportive team culture, with weekly pay and a generous benefits package for full-time

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and active AZ RN license.
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a single client’s home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders, perform assessments and monitor conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in the chart.
• Provide hands-on, autonomous, one-on-one client care in the home.

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
