Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty care in the Tucson area, including Marana. Join our Skilled Nursing team delivering high-quality, compassionate in-home care.

You will visit one client at a time, document care, and collaborate with families and physicians. We offer flexible schedules (4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts), starting pay of $35/hour, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of RN experience in home health or private duty preferred.
• Trach care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client's home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on care with autonomy in the home.

Our Clients:

We currently have open hours caring for overnight clients in the areas of Marana and throughout Tucson.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Schedules can vary per client and consist of 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
• Starting pay $35 per hour

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach care experience preferred, but not required
