Job summary

The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, seeks a Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living activities and safety. This FT/PT role offers AM, PM, and NOC shifts in Watertown, WI.

Salary ranges $17.50–$18.62/hr, with $2/hr extra for PM/NOC shifts, plus CNA upgrade, and a benefits package including health, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and PTO. Experience preferred; CBRF training available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Caregiving experience (1 year preferred).
• CBRF training preferred, not required.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting) and provide companionship.

The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Resident Assistant (RA) in our Assisted Living (CBRF) .

Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.

Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

CURRENT SCHEDULING NEEDS:

Part-time (0.6 FTE) and Full-time

• AM Shift - 6:00am - 2:00pm


• PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00pm


• NOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am

COMPENSATION

• $17.50 - $18.62 per hour (based on experience)


• Enjoy an additional $2/hour on PMs and NOCs

JOB SUMMARY:

A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence.

Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided!

Requirements
