LindenGrove New Berlin, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic, person-centered care for older adults across short-term rehab and long-term skilled nursing settings. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, documentation, and ensuring quality outcomes with a compassionate team.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR certification.

Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community. Shifts & Compensation:

• Full-time or Part-time positions
• $39.75-$44.75 per hour, based on experience
• Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts
• Eligible for Sign On Bonus

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
