Paradigm Healthcare in Yoakum, TX is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at Stevens. Provide direct nursing care and coordinate the resident's plan of care under physician orders, ensuring compliance with facility policies and patient privacy.

You will develop daily assignments, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality care, including CPR readiness and escalation as needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Texas required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitative/restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Strong PointClickCare utilization knowledge preferred.
• Computer literacy: Outlook, Office, Internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and attention to detail.
