Job summary

Shores of Worthington is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in Worthington, MN. Various shifts are available, with opportunities to provide direct patient care in a residential health care setting and supervise CNAs.

The role requires MN RN licensure, an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, experience in supervision, and strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate patient care and meet facility policies and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid active RN license in Minnesota.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Experience in supervising and/or management.
• Familiarity with healthcare facility policies, procedures, and protocols is important for a charge nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate patient care, and ensure smooth operations in their unit.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
