Job summary

TK Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Health Services Administrator at Winnebago County Jail in Oshkosh, WI. You will oversee daily healthcare operations, lead nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate patient care in a correctional setting.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and on-call responsibilities. The position offers a salary of up to $95,000 annually and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience leading nursing teams or healthcare management is preferred.
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical and nursing operations within Winnebago County Jail.
