Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) for the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This role blends hands-on nursing care with clinical leadership in a structured correctional health setting.

You will oversee the medical team’s daily operations, perform assessments, administer medications, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards, while enjoying a predictable daytime schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Wisconsin in good standing.
• Experience in clinical leadership in healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a corrections environment is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in a correctional setting.
• Coordinate daily operations of the medical team.
• Perform nursing assessments and administer medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare and corrections staff to ensure continuity of care.

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys combining hands-on patient care, clinical leadership, and organization in a structured correctional healthcare environment. As the Medical Team Administrator, you will help ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services while supporting the day-to-day operations of the medical team.

With a consistent Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while maintaining a predictable daytime schedule.

What You‘ll Do

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
