Job summary

The Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional care team in Maitland, FL. As an RN, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care and guide nursing staff to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes.

We offer 12-hour day and night shifts with a pay rate up to $40 per hour, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, generous PTO, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations.
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to facility policies and professional standards of care.
• Participate in facility inspections and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Address and resolve personnel issues or grievances within the nursing department.
