Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking an RN for a long-term care setting in Kentucky. You will administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with a healthcare team to implement and evaluate care plans.

Strong communication and organization are essential to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably at least one year of experience in a long-term care environment.

Qualifications

RN Core Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse.
• Records patients medical information and vital signs.

RN Requirements

• Current RN license in the State.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.
