Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team under new management. The role offers a $4,000 full-time sign-on bonus and a $500 full-time nursing employee referral bonus.

You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents and their families in a warm setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, care plan development, assessments, interdisciplinary collaboration, and charting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and health-care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
