Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility in Advance, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and therapists to support each resident’s well-being.

Current Missouri RN licensure is required, with experience in long-term care. You must be able to work days, evenings, and rotating weekends in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care strategies
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and service to our residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
