Description

We are seeking nurses for our outpatient clinics to collaborate with treatment teams, administer medications, provide health education, and develop client-centered treatment plans. The position is located in our Walla Walla outpatient facility, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

Nurse Duties May Include

• Administer medications (including injections) and monitor client responses
• Counsel clients and families about medications and health needs
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor for adverse conditions
• Participate in treatment planning and provide nursing expertise
• Assess safety risks and intervene in crises
• Promote infection control
• Complete clinical documentation thoroughly and timely

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Active RN license in Washington State
• Prior mental health experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
