Warsaw Meadows Care Center in Warsaw, IN is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care under the medical direction of attending physicians and the Director of Nursing, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care with compassion, skill, and professionalism.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Coordinate care with CNAs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and services.
• Interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff while promoting dignity and well-being.
• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care under the medical direction of the resident’s attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Our nursing team is committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
