Job summary

Warsaw Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Warsaw, NC, is a Long Term Care facility seeking RN Registered Nurses. We offer full-time Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), full-time Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), part-time Night Shift, PRN, and Weekend Opportunities across all shifts.

You will supervise staff and safeguard the health and welfare of residents under your care by following applicable laws, regulations, and nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Current North Carolina RN license is required.
Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care.
Ensure health, safety, and welfare of residents per policies.
Maintain compliance with regulations and nursing standards.
