Job summary

Complete Care at Fox Hill in Vernon, CT is seeking an RN for weekend and per diem positions. You will administer medications and provide resident care according to individualized care plans, while collaborating with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
