Job summary

Complete Care at Fox Hill in Vernon, CT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am). Competitive wages starting at $30.60 per hour accompany growth opportunities within a compassionate team dedicated to quality patient care.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, and document resident conditions per care plans, while upholding guidelines and contributing to a supportive, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license in Connecticut.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents according to their care plan.
• Perform treatments as assigned per physician’s orders within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents' condition and care including signs and symptoms indicating change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
