Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Boston, MA, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. This full-time opportunity offers daily pay, a 7 am–7 pm shift, and competitive hourly wages with shift diffs.

The role focuses on delivering skilled clinical care and coordinating with the care team. Qualifications include a Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current, active Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to standards and physician plans of treatment and written care plans.
• Follow and implement nurse manager-developed care plans.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
