Job summary

Columbus Health and Rehab in Columbus, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, day shift. We are a 49-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents.

A Part time PM or PRN option is also available. We offer competitive pay from $39 to $45 per hour, daily pay, flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff including medical, dental, vision, disability, a 401(k), PTO, CEU reimbursement, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• RN License with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting or skilled/assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a 49‑bed skilled nursing facility.
• Support resident health goals and care plans under supervision.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure high‑quality resident outcomes.

We are the premier provider of a 49-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, looking for a dedicated RN to enhance the lives of those we serve. We also have Part time PM or PRN opportunity available for RN.

Requirements of Registered Nurse (RN):

• RN License with the WI Board of Nursing
