Brothers of Mercy Nursing Home Company Inc in Western New York is seeking an RN to join our Rehab and Short Stay program. You will lead and support CNAs, collaborate with the care team on individualized plans, and provide hands-on nursing care and medications to residents.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attentive monitoring, and coordinating physician rounds to ensure smooth, high-quality care and meaningful outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support CNAs on the care team.
• Collaborate with the care team on individualized plans for residents.
• Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to providers.
• Help coordinate smooth physician rounds and care transitions.
