Job summary

Qualifications

• Record patient medical history accurately and monitor changes.
• Administer injections, medications, wound care, and dress wounds as needed.
• Provide staff training and support to maintain high-quality resident care.
• Communicate with residents' families to offer advice and discharge instructions.
