Job summary

Magnolia Wellness Center in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a safe, compliant environment.

You will follow physician orders and facility policies while ensuring patient comfort and safety. As part of the healthcare team, you will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Current MO RN license is required.
CPR/BLS certification current or ability to obtain.
Nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Monitor, document, and report resident conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
Support patient admissions, discharges, and care plans.
Maintain accurate records and follow facility procedures.
