Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Starting pay ranges from $37 to $46 per hour, with daily pay options and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Pennsylvania license and BLS CPR are required for this fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing practice standards and physician plan.
• Follow and implement Nurse Manager care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
