Job summary

Oxford Rehabilitation, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Starting pay ranges from $37 to $46 per hour, all inclusive. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care and ensure all care adheres to established standards.

Qualified candidates will possess a current RN license in Pennsylvania and valid BLS certification. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and treatment plans.
• Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
