Lotus Village Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor patients, and participate in discharge planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and document accurately; report adverse reactions per policy.
• Provide bedside care for a wide range of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret and record electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action promptly when a patient displays adverse symptoms.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and ongoing care.
• Record all medical information, vital signs, and care notes concisely, accurately, and on time.
• Participate actively in discharge planning.
