Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications via oral, topical, and subcutaneous routes following guidelines.
• Perform routine nursing procedures such as sterile dressing changes and catheter care.
• Monitor and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition.
• Identify and promptly report significant changes in patient status to the supervising RN or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Support individualized care planning through communication with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide resident and family education related to treatment plans, recovery, and chronic condition management.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being at all times.

In this role, you will provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing environment while supporting overall clinical outcomes and quality of life for residents.
