Riverside invites a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will deliver patient‑centered care in a long‑term care setting, collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality outcomes and safety.

Active RN licensure is required; 1+ year LTC experience highly preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Shifts include 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am with weekend rotations and a weekend premium.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full‑time shifts, including every other weekend: 7am‑7pm and 7pm‑7am.
• Weekend Diamond Program schedules: 7am‑7pm Friday‑Sunday.
• Weekend Diamond Program shift premium: $8 per shift.
• Posted Salary Range: USD $32.00 - $36.00 per hour.

Salary Determination

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
