Job summary

Riverside Post Acute is seeking a licensed RN in Jacksonville, FL for full-time and part-time opportunities with a daily pay option. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed with precise documentation.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $35–$38, with day and night shifts available and a supportive, compassionate work environment focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Valid BLSCPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement care plans by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of FL.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
