Job summary

Home&Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home-based patient care in Casper, Wyoming. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for our residents in their homes.

You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor progress, and support families. New grads welcome; Wyoming RN license required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with families and healthcare team for smooth transitions and continuity of care.
