Job summary

Home&Care in Casper, WY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem home health visits to seniors in their homes.

You will provide skilled nursing care, develop care plans with the patient and family, administer medications, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Current Wyoming RN license is required. Mileage is reimbursed for reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming RN license.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities
