Job summary

Home&Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home patient care in Casper, WY. The RN will perform assessments, plan care, administer medications, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support seniors in their homes.

This full-time position welcomes new graduates and requires a Wyoming RN license, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care.
